个人简历
朱玉根，中科中山药物创新研究院，研究员，课题组长。
2009年本科毕业于中国药科大学，基础药学基地班专业。2014年博士毕业于中科院上海有机化学研究所，师从著名糖化学家俞飚院士，从事糖化学方法学研究。2015年3月至2019年2月，分别在美国科罗拉多大学博尔德分校Xiang Wang 组和乔治亚大学复杂碳水化物研究中心Geert-Jan Boons组从事博士后研究。2019年5月至2022年4月在云南大学开展独立研究工作。2022年4月起任职中科中山药物创新研究院。研究领域
1） 糖化学合成方法学研究；
2） 活性糖苷类化合物（如人参皂苷、红花色素）和微生物寡聚糖（如磷酸酯糖、细菌内毒素）的合成研究；
3） 糖类化合物结构活性关系研究。研究成果
专注于复杂糖类化合物的合成方法学、全合成研究、和基于糖类化合物的药物发现；着重解决糖类化合物的获取问题，建立多样化的糖化合物库。具体如下：
1）磷酸酯糖的高效合成和活性研究(Nature Communications. 2022, 13, 421； Org. Lett. 2024, 26, 10870；Org. Lett. 2024, 26, 9580)；
2）苯乙醇糖苷的多样化合成和活性研究，为中药化学成分的成药性研究提供了物质保障(Org. Lett. 2021, 23, 9210)；
3）发展了在药物和复杂天然产物中高效引入糖基的合成方法，助力药物的糖基化修饰 （Chin. J. Chem. 2023, 41, 1305；J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2025, doi.org/10.1021/jacs.5c01845）。
