  • 研究成果

    吴小伟博士现任中国科学院上海药物所和中科中山药物创新研究院青年课题组长,副研究员。近年来,主要从事抗肿瘤和抗病毒小分子抑制剂的合理设计、合成及药理活性研究;同时还开展了一系列过渡金属催化的碳-氢活化方法学研究,成功构建了多种具有潜在生物活性且骨架新颖的杂环化合物。相关研究成果已发表在国际学术期刊ACS Catalysis、Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B、Organic Letters、Journal of Medicinal Chemistry、European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry、Chemical Communications等。现累计发表论文26篇,Google Scholar引用次数490余次,H-index = 13,部分工作被国际知名化学评论期刊和学术网站Synfacts及ChemistryViews作为亮点报道。
