研究领域
针对肿瘤、免疫和病毒感染等临床未满足的疾病需求进行新药开发研究,同时探索类药性杂环小分子合成新方法,并将其应用于药物发现过程。
研究成果
近年来主要从事抗肿瘤,抗病毒以及神经精神类疾病等小分子药物的合理设计、合成及药理活性研究;同时开展新颖的类药性杂环合成方法学研究,主要目的是构建特色类药性杂环化合物库,并将其应用于药物发现过程中。相关研究成果已发表在知名学术期刊ACS Catalysis、Chem Catalysis、Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B、Green Chemistry、Journal of Medicinal Chemistry、Organic Letters、Organic Chemistry Frontiers、European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry等。现累计以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI论文26篇。Google Scholar引用次数960余次,H-index = 20。
