研究成果
代表性成果是历时16年自主研发的我国第一个氟喹诺酮1.1类创新药物(NCE),填补了该领域40多年的空白,央视等新闻媒体广泛报道了该项 《“十一五 ”新药创制重大专项》重大标志性成果。十余年临床广泛使用证明本品对呼吸、泌尿、皮肤软组织系统的感染疗效显著,治愈率高,安全性好。2017年央视科教频道《走近科学》栏目专门制作并播放了盐酸安妥沙星研发过程的记录片《新药从何而来?》,对我国创新药物研究起到了十分积极推动作用。
多年来独立研发了YG-056SP(噁唑烷酮类抗耐药菌)、YZS-103(嘧啶三酮类抗耐药淋球菌)、YJF-36(抗耐药性革兰氏阴性菌)、YG-001(抗静脉血栓FXa 抑制剂)等6个候选药物,大部分均实现转让并推进到临床阶段。
获2个新药证书,发表研究论文80余篇(15篇J.Med.Chem),申请国内外发明专利60余项。 2013年获中国药学发展创新药物突出成就奖,2017年国家技术发明二等奖(第一),2015年上海市技术发明一等奖(第一),2010年获得上海市先进工作者称号(劳模),2017年上海市浦东新区科学技术创新成就奖,2013年享受政府特殊津贴等。 -
